The quote tool

The quote tool gathers your gender, date of birth, how you rate your health, tobacco status, your target coverage and desired term duration. These six points get transmitted to a quoting engine run by the carriers to generate pricing; the site doesn't keep copies. You never have to provide a name, address, phone, or email just to see rates. Repeated identical queries may pull from short-term cache to avoid hitting the quoting engine repeatedly.

Applying

When you go ahead with an application, your answers populate a secure application managed by the carriers, with their privacy standards applying. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California insurer (License 0B75129), oversees the application process.

The contact form

The message form collects your name, your email, your phone (optional), your choice of how to hear back, what your question is about, and your message text. Email sends it directly to the office; your email becomes the reply-to address. We keep no archives of messages, maintain no message database, and don't log message content. A quick anti-spam filter in your browser runs before transmission.

Measurement

We count your visits using direct-to-browser, cookie-free tracking from this site's own servers. We never deposit cookies or tracking pixels; we mask part of your IP address before saving anything; referring link details are stripped out; session records get erased quarterly. Visitors with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control switched on are excluded entirely.

What we do not do

We never resell or disclose your data, deploy ads that track you, or load third-party site analytics. The only external code is from the carriers' application engine on the application page, and it only runs if you navigate there.
